Booking a return

When booking a return please contact us in advance via email to see if a possible fault can be rectified before booking in your return. If your item simply has to come back please open a return request on via email with the FULL information on why it has to come back, failure to do so may prevent your return from being accepted, any wrong information entered will prevent your return from being processed.

Postage

Please note we will only pay for return postage on faulty items from new and if notified within 14 days of receipt that the fault was there from new, all other items will need to be sent as buyer pays returns to our office in Derby.

Please note Auto Additions Nationwide Ltd do not cover return carriage costs if your product has to be returned back to the manufacturer in any instance.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the consumer contracts regulations.
