Why air suspension on an AL-KO or HYMER SLC chassis?

The low and lightweight chassis from AL-KO and HYMER are the essential foundation of many motorhomes. The original torsion suspension of these chassis is designed for average use. In reality, however, more is often demanded of a motorhome – for example due to heavy loads, a high centre of gravity and additional accessories such as a bike carrier or storage at the rear. This can have a noticeable negative impact on driving characteristics, stability and comfort. MAD air suspension systems provide the solution for this.
