Description
VB Semi Air Suspension Fiat Ducato/Peugeot Boxer

VB Semi Air Suspension Fiat Ducato/Peugeot Boxer
The VB-Semi air suspensions, manually adjustable within certain limits, can be installed on vehicles with leaf springs.
The air bellows, mounted between the frame and the rear axle, support the existing leaf springs and, not being connected to each other, allow for separate adjustment of the left and right side through two filling valves / switches (depending on the model ).
The VB-Semi Air double chamber system thus ensures vehicle stabilization even in the event of uneven load distribution.
The valves (for the basic kit) / high / low switches (for the comfort kit) allow optimum inflation of the air bellows, thus allowing the vehicle to be raised or lowered.
Advantages of VB-Semi Air:
- Higher ride level and longer spring travel.
- Greater stability.
- Less stress on the shock absorbers.
- Lower risk of asymmetrical position thanks to the double chamber system.
- Variable elastic force.
- Quick installation thanks to the plug-and-play system.
- Damage protection on bodywork, equipment and cargo.
- Heavy loads not visible from the outside.
VB-Semi Air comfort system
The VB-Semi Air comfort system consists of a VB-Semi Air basic system with control panel with 2 pressure gauges, 2 high / low switches and a powerful high-performance compressor.

The high / low switch allows you to increase or decrease the vehicle’s ride level in order to inflate the air bellows to the ideal pressure. The pressure gauges ensure an accurate reading of the pressure (in bar) in the pneumatic bellows.

The VB-Semi Air comfort system is a good solution for vehicles carrying variable loads. The control panel with high / low switch allows you to adjust the VB-Semi Air system to the correct pressure.
The control panel for the VB-Semi Air comfort system is available in two versions:
Light commercial vehicles – Control panel mounted on the driver’s seat
Camper – Control panel mounted in the vehicle’s dashboard
The VB-Semi Air Comfort kit consists of:
- 2 8 ″ pneumatic bellows
- 1 pressure gauge kit (seat or dashboard based on request),
- 1 compressor
- 2 high / low switches
- 1 harness
- 2 brackets
- 2 pipes
- 1 fixing set.
VB-SemiAir digital control unit

What’s new?
This new innovation controls your auxiliary air suspension system digitally, both visually (on the screen) and technically (with a digital control unit connected to our ‘VB-SACU’, which controls the compressor). Previously, the compressor was controlled directly in a mechanical/pneumatic way with our control panels.
Of course, this digitalisation process has a major visual advantage: it simply looks a lot better on your dashboard. You can also position this digital control unit wherever you want, provided that you follow a number of guidelines.

Another great advantage is the ability to receive notifications and access the history. In addition, you can personalise the entire system exactly the way you like it. This allows you to set your personal preferences for screen brightness, how certain units are shown, and the display time (i.e. how long your screen is on).

Why digital?
A digital system is better for several reasons, including:

- It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a suitable place for our control panels in new vehicles.
- Sacrificing the already limited space to our control panels is becoming less and less desirable.
- The digital system is more visually appealing.
- The digital system is more user-friendly.
- There is no need to have air tubes running through the dashboard anymore.

The future
In the future, we will no longer design mechanical/pneumatic control panels for our kits: the new kits will always include the new digital control unit.

This particular air suspension is only for the x250 x290 chassis. Please contact us if you need further assistance on another model.
Installation Details
Once your order has been placed we will contact you within 24hrs to confirm your order and a quick consultation. You will then be offered an installation date.
On the evening before your installation you will receive a courtesy call from your engineer who will advise you on a time of arrival.
On the day of installation you will be consulted on how and the whereabouts of the product and where it will be positioned.
A full demonstration will be shown and full paperwork (warranty card) will be completed before your engineer leaves your property.
Any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
